My family and I had a wonderful experience with Triple 7 Movers. They helped us with our interstate move and they have done a superb job. Their sales rep gave me a fair price and also flexible payment methods. The moving men were efficient, caring and they covered last minute jobs without any issues. They treated me and my family with respect and never took any sort of advantages. They really are very nice. The delivery was on time and there were no damages upon delivery. We happily recommend them to all.

Arranging and reserving the moving appointment by using the website was great and very user friendly. the whole team were very courteous, polite and very professional. They worked diligently on the moving task and worked very quickly. The movers made sure I was happy with the move and placement of items as well as hooking up my laundry washer and dryer. They gave excellent advise on placement of some of my items when I wasn't sure about how they should go and would reconfigure the furniture arrangements if I wasn't happy with it. They were willing to help and were nice about these changes. Excellent movers and nothing was damaged. Will definitely be calling on them again in the future. Thanks!

My move was not complicated- just need to move a few floors down. But I was downsizing. The guys on the moving team were patient with me and helped me get everything I needed into the new space. They carefully wrapped up the items we couldn't squeeze in and they took them to the storage facility. It was simple- just as it should be. They are quality guys- they know what they are doing. I was in good hands from the moment I made the reservation thru to the final billing. If I have to move again, Triple 7 Movers will be my first and only call.

They made a complex move a real pleasure for me. I have moved a lot of times and never had this high level of service. Great moving experience, which I had not had in the past with a different company. They called to let me know they were going to be on time that day, and they were on time and worked quickly and professionally. It was completed in less time than I anticipated, and they helped to make sure the furniture was where I wanted to go before leaving. They were referred to me by someone else who had a good experience and I would definitely refer them to others needing movers.

Triple 7 Movers have very friendly workers. I had the 3 men, 23 ft truck and 2 hour minimum. They worked very fast and all my stuff came out perfect. Didn't have anything break, which made me very happy. Definitely would recommend to use this moving company.

After looking around for various moving companies, I landed with Triple 7 Movers. From what I read the movers were excellent. So I gave them a try and called the moving company. I loved their phone service, was very professional. As promised, the movers did do a great professional job. Once the movers were done, my furniture were all in good condition. They moved it where I wanted them with an ease.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! We also had an incredibly hard move, from a house we had been in for 16 years to a cabin 140 steps up! These guys were so hard and just never gave up. Helped dismantle and set up and just worked their asses off! They even worked too late to take the dump stuff to the dump and still took it away to dump the next day. If you need a mover - get these guys :)

I've used Triple 7 Movers twice already and given the positive experience I've had both times, decided to use them again. They once again exceeded my expectations. The scheduling of the move was smooth. Follow-up ahead of the move was excellent. The move itself went fast and the crew was very efficient and careful, both important during a move. I hope this is my last move for a while :-) I'd highly recommend Triple 7 Movers. They are top notch in all categories.

I used Triple Seven Movers for a move from Las Vegas to Portland (1000 miles) and they charged me $14,000 to move a 2 bedroom house in June, 2016. That's right, you read it right, it was $14K and it wasn't even a door to door move for all my goods. So buyer BEWARE!
When they first came out to do the initial review, the representative from the company gave me an estimate for a total of $9K and this was to move my household in 2 moves to save money. I did all the packing myself so this $14K was just for the move.
So 2 shipments; one to move my furniture door to door and the other which was all the rest of my household boxes in a joined semi truck because the second shipment of the joint truck would supposedly cost less. Both shipments ended up costing about $7K each and the move day was horrible.
They did the classic bait and switch scheme where they give you a low estimate and then give you the "real" cost when they are there on moving day because they know you are at their mercy. They charged me an additional $1K on moving day for all the supplies they used which they neglected to mention in the estimate.
I would not recommend this company at all and beware of their low estimates. There are already rip off reports on them at ripoffreport.com from other customers.
I also wrote to AMSA the American Moving Storage Association which credentials moving companies because this untrustworthy company do not deserve an endorsement.

Terrible Customer Service!!

Everything started out fine, but when they came to the house to pick up the quote went up $1000!!!! I told them no way and I would get a UHaul. They knocked it down to a $300 increase which i reluctantly agreed to, which tells me they are inflating their prices to make a buck.

When they delivered the items all was well but there was a good amount of damage to a wardrobe and a dresser. 20 Min after they left I noticed some items were missing! I called the driver and he said no prob he would stop and check it out... and of course I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!!

Calling the company is useless, they just repeat that i have to call and file a claim with a 3rd party company.. which takes 160 DAYS!

I since have called them and the actual mover and no one cares. My stuff is lost and all i get is the most insincere "Sorry sir" from a robot of an associate.

No one over there cares about your property. They are just there making money and transferring the blame when something goes wrong.

If any of my Employees treated a customer like this... they would be fired

Rip off artists. They came and looked in my home, storage. Gave me price. The day of move they said they had to recheck my things. They said it would be 1100 more dollars. What a scam. I will never recommend this robbing company to anyone. I gave one star because this review required it.

Moving with Triple 7 Movers was a great experience. I moved from Las Vegas, NV to Citrus Heights, CA and they provided all the services. Packing and loading was done with ease and then they took my stuff to their storage unit, kept 10 days and when I called, immediately made the delivery. During this entire process nothing was damaged or dented and the cost was more than just reasonable. I am happy to recommend Triple 7 Movers.

Moving my mother who is 84 years old and had lived in her home for 47 years was a difficult task to say the least! Joe led his crew with ease and made this daunting task seem easy. Triple 7 Movers came on a Friday and packed, wrapped and boxed all of her home items including a baby grand piano. The following day they loaded and transported to her new address.

I was very impressed with the promptness, professionalism, patience and hard working crew that Triple 7 Movers had sent to my mother’s home. We highly recommend them. They were awesome. I called the owner to personally say how good they were and that he should be very happy to have these employees represent his firm. Joe was outstanding. Thank you for making a difficult, tedious experience comfortable and easy.
