BEWARE!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the whole staff including Dr. Blum was not pleasant.

I went to my first appointment and it took me an hour before I actually got any treatment. In total, I was at the office for 1.5 hours and the treatment only took 10 minutes. A minute for the adjustment and 5 or so minutes laying down with a cold pack. (Which they charge for btw)

My biggest complaint is that they charged my first appointment $500!!!!
I found another chiropractor that told me that that fee was ridiculous and they overpriced me for the appointment. They charged me $250 for the examination which consist of Dr. Blum touching my back for a minute. They charged me another $100 for the X-Rays. $125 for the adjustment. They charged me $15 for laying down on a couple cold packs after the adjustment. Then they let me keep the cold pack. They made it seem like the cold pack was going to be for free, but they end up charging me $10 to keep the cold pack.

I left the office feeling like I did not get a proper treatment.

This practice is not upfront about their fees until after they've already provided you the services.

When I tried to get a copy of the paperwork I signed, it took them days before they sent it over to me. I tried to get a copy of my X-Rays and that also took a while to get.

Everyone has their own experience with Dr. Blum, unfortunately mine was the worst.

Dr. Brian Pazera is amazing! Not only is he a fabulous chiropractor who truly takes his time to get to know you and your health issues, but he is a genuinely nice guy that will work with you to get you the help you need. His wife helps work the front desk and she is equally charming and caring. I always feel better after my visits, partly due to the wonderful care and partly because of the delightful disposition of everyone there.

Our whole family has been seeing Dr. Brian Pazera for the last few years. He has changed my life! I no longer wake up in pain every morning. Dr. Brian is so helpful and knowledgeable and I refer him to everyone.
