BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WE Went to check out the cars at this place on 12/27/13 . Paris was so rude and Racist! TOWARDS ME AND MEXICANS HE TOLD MY HUSBAND RACIST STUFF ANYWAYS , WE have a truck and wanted a smaller car because I have a business that my truck comes in handy and I wanted a smaller car for myself and I couldn't believe the words that came out of his mouth he said " Mexicans have so many kids and THEY ALL ARE HERE ILLEGALLY TOO MANY LIVE IN ONE SMALL APARTMENT TO SAVE MONEY , AND THEY ARE ALL BUNCH OF WET BACKS , ANYWAYS , a truck would be better or a mini van and he said " well like 10 people live in a one bedroom apartment "... Wtf!!! I was speechless ( I'm Hispanic) I just couldn't believe and his cars were not in good condition and he prices them way to high whatever u do STAY AWAY from this place.
AFTER COUPLE OF YEARS PASSED WE BOUGHT A NICE USED TRUCK FROM ALPINE MOTORS AT A GOOD DEAL ON CORNER VANOWAN AND SEPULVEDA (SE HABLA ESPANIOL TAMBIEN)WITH NO HASSLE AND NO RACIAL REMARKS.
WE ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOW CLASS LOW LIFE RACIST PERSON CALLS HIMSELF PARIS.

Sold me a lemon. they sent the car to their friend who passed the inspection without looking at the car! just signed and gave the papers.

I purchased a 2011 BMW 325i January of 2015 from this losers Driving home, I noticed the coolant light went off. Contacted them and he directed me to his mechanic to get it fixed. The mechanic just added more coolant and told me it was good to go. I'm not familiar with cars and they told me that it should be fine. However, a couple of months down the road the power steering failed.

Worst place to buy a car, worst customer service ... for a first time buyer it was the worst experience we had... For everyone thats looking to buy a car go somewhere else, guaranteed you will get a better deal...

Purchased a vehicle from this "dealership" in September of 2012. The vehicle is now a total loss in 2015. I emailed the owner, Paris, asking if he had copies of these documents for the GAP Insurance company, and he said he would provide them for $300.00. This is ridiculous! How is something like this allowed?

Absolutely rubbish service, called over the phone regards some quotes and they got frustrated as they got their calculations wrong then ACTUALLY TOLD ME I WAS INCORRECT AND PURSUED TO HANG UP ON ME!!

this used car lot is located in the rough part of the town with lots of bad people around , it is a seedy area , they advertise they finance anyone just don't believe it , don't waste your time.
you must have a good credit to buy a car here.

i went to this used car dealership at the weekend i waited for a long time before the sales person came to talk to me , he was rude and had attitude , he didn't answer my questions and wanted to charge me more than the car's price on the window , he didn't even offer me a test drive saying he had no time , he was on the cell phone and didn't care to explain the features on the car.
this place is very low on customer service.
even when I was asking for the manager the guy didn't have much respect for him so he laughed and told me the manager was off.

this place is such a joke , I worked here for a while as sales person , the owner parveez he is a big liar and crook , he is so cheap doesn't pay his staff , he still owes me money for the commissions that I sold some cars here , he is a gutter trash uses bad languages , he is low life born in a low class area of the town , he is a thief , he showed me a lot of bad habits , how to lie to the customers and ripped them off , how to hide advertised cars , and how to steal goods from the customers trade ins I don't have anything good to say about this place all I can tell you is don't go here it is a big mistake.

i bought another car here last year , just wanted to say the some things about this scam used car dealership, they are crooks theif and liar.
the car was too much price and the financing very difficult i must have gone through 3 different contract before i finally got approved , they sold us a real problem car.

this place is realy run down and the selection of the cars are poor we bought a car here not long ago , everything they told us was lies and not true , even they did not explain the contract to my wife and i , we were taken .
when we complained to the person who did our contract he said the deal was done and there is nothing they can do.
from what i heard from my neighbor who bought a car here the dealership is owned by a big liar called paris , he also from what i heard is totaly dishonest , muy malo gerente y mentirosa

this place the owner paris very racist i went there to buy a car he told me because i am asian i should go and buy a car from my own people in glendale, he is also liar cheat and a theif he had hidden the advetised car that i was looking for earlier i had called and another employee had said to me on the phone that the same car was avaliable , but the owner said it was not , the same car next week was again advertised in the same paper with the same identification , he lied to me , don't go here .
