Worst experience of my life. All the cars are salvaged and all the paper work is made fraudulently. They reverse the miles on cars i pointed one out in his inventory with different miles then the carfax the next day it was fixed. My supposed silver BMW 328i was originally white. They damaged my door handles leather and put black exterior rubbery glue all over the leather then tryed to peal it off. When asked if he can fix it even after he admited fault he refused the fix it with a active warranty only 2 days after I bought the car 8 problems 4 major 2 so seriouse BMW Manuel recommended when specific light is on you stop and call support and he would not let me forced me to drive 56 miles to get the other problems fixed. But I came home with something that ruined the look of my car

Don't buy your next car here!We purchase a x5 2010 in feb 2017 for $17,500 that was in a perfect condition (we were told) that the passenger sit belt was broken and a electrical issue on one of the mirrors, we were told that they will get fix and they will pick up the car and my location to do so! All of this did not happen and the car got more and more problems! They did a chick fix to meta us happy but still more problems, electrical problems, motor problems, heating on the inside, smoke when you are on a traffic light, AC problems, need to add oil once a week and now that i went to a larger dealer because I need to trade it in or I'm going to be with out a car they tell me that this car they can not sell it on the lot because of a recall and a accident that was reported on 2016!!!! We were told that it was no accident on this car! They are changing the car information to sell them! They take advance of customer with bad or low credit to make you think they are helping you by selling a car.YOU CAN NOT RUN A BUSINESS THIS WAY!

This place is the worst to go through. They have been hell since day one. They are extremely unprofessional, they towed my car because I was a few days late on my payment and they wouldn't allow me to get it out without paying the whole loan off. The worst company ever to finance from. And they have no curtesy when calling, they call so late passed regular business hours.

The worst company to go through. They keep my card information on file when told they could not and charge the card whatever and whenever they feel like with out my prior authorization. Horrible customer service, juse a terrible company all they way around.
