great people and service

Bad experience. Attendant would not even stop looking at her cell phone when giving me yes/no answers. Rude. I sure hope the owner reads all these reviews and takes action.

The first review I totally agree with .i faced the same treatment or even worse .It was the most rude ,unprofessional behavior I have come across.The owner is a lady with an obnoxious attitude and God knows how she is running the business.Cant get over the attitude and experience there yesterday.Will not recommend this place to anyone.DO NOT GO THERE!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Coming from customer service myself I'd expect for the owners to be fairay nice to their customers. I was charged 19$ fee for a prepaid package. When I attempted to clear the confusion as to why I was being charged the owner got atritude and I was yelled at by her she proceeded to tell me to leave. She refused to not only deny me my package and it took seveal days just to get my money back after calling the company that had prepaid the package. I will never be returning to this place again and I will be reporting this to county weights & meaures.

We are a small business who comes here for notary services, copying larger papers, and dropping off packages. They do charge a $1 fee for prepaid drop off, but most places do anyway these days. Always nice and helpful.

We use this place for notary service for our business- very courteous and professional.

These people are the worst. They tried to charge me to send a package with a pre-paid label. I will be contacting UPS immediately.
