        Terrible "service" if you wish to call it that. Mr. Graley was (supposedly) hired to maintain our condominiums lift station, however, after one year of receiving his wonderful service the lift station and control panel failed completely and needed to be replaced. Association members wondered for the longest time why our previous Board decided to pay him $300 a month to maintain a lift station that now only costs us $200 a quarter to have done by another company.

        During the time in which his contract states he was "maintaining" our lift station, he was also claiming to residents that he held a position as "manager" of our condominium (for which he did not have a license). Eventually, owners caught on to what was going on and placed a twisty tie around the lift stations gate for which remained intact for the remainder of his contract (which magically appeared after residents questioned why he was being paid $300 a month). In short, I believe this man to be a total scam artist, and a costly one at that.

        We had a back up on a Sunday we called a few places and we got answering machines, We finally call Graley Mechanical we got a live person on the phone at around 11 am and the problem was fixed by 4pm. Very happy.
