        The Plan for Salvation: Realize your need for God. "The wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans, 6:23) Confess your sins to God. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us all unrighteousness". (1John 1:9) Believe on the Lord. "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house" (Acts 16:31) Pray a prayer of confession and repentance. Testify to Christ's saving grace. "If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17) Identify with a good church. "The Church is Christ's body" (Ephesians 1:22, 23) Continue on the path toward spiritual maturity. "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth" (2 Timothy 2:15)
