Two Men And A Truck

Moving can be stressful & a hectic challenge to accomplish. I should know, I have had the opportunity of enduring the dreadful task 12 times in my life. Each a unique, difficult experience, but not this one - it was great! It was because I hired Two Men and A Truck. "Two Men" arrived on time, and were very efficient from start to finish. Was very thankful that they had misc supplies that I lacked to "wrap" up loose ends and they were able to help me pack some remaining items. The transfer and unloading was very fast and not a single nick, ding or scratch whatsoever. Afterwards, they accompanied me to my rental storage unit and they stacked/arranged my remaining furniture and boxes in a neat and orderly manner.
Amazed by how smooth the move was performed and the take charge knowledge of the "Two Men" (Brett & Trayvon). Thank you so much to all the employees involved - from start (Shanta & Jennifer) to finish. You made my move (and day) wonderful.

Requested same team I had five years ago. Unbelievable customer service. Very difficult move made to look effortless. This team hustles and enjoys what they do. I will always request them. I have another move within a couple of years and hoping to still find them there. 5 STAR!

The charges came in under the owner's quote. He really knows what he is doing. The packers and movers were fantastic. They didn't damage either property, they were extremely careful and they actually made moving fun.

The guys showed up right on time and immediately began the move. They took the utmost care of our belongings and treated each item as if it were there own. When we got to the new house (which was just built) they treated it with the same care that we saw moving out of the old house. Julius and his team were better than expected and I would refer them to anyone in need of "professional movers." The office staff was wonderful to deal with as well. Chris Swanson showed up right on time for the estimate as well. Mr Swanson and his team handled our move and it could not have been any quicker or easier.

We trusted Two Men and A Truck with our move and it was a terrible experience. The movers were distracted and slow walked the move which increased the billing, and they didn’t complete the job. They did a lousy job packing furniture in the storage unit, did not separate some furniture with pads, and damaged furniture in the process. Neither the local Charleston office, nor the corporate office will respond to calls or letters. We will definitely not be using Two Men and A Truck for future moves.

Worst experience with moving I've ever had. Movers were over an hour late with no communication to me. Move took more than double the estimated quote time. Movers were slow, didn't assemble furniture correctly and scratched various pieces. Using these movers required MORE work for me instead of less--would never use them again. Office staff was accommodating and understanding by adjusting my bill somewhat after the move, but at that point the damage was already done. As with any service like this, I'm sure the quality of the service is greatly dependent on the specific movers that are assigned to your move, so may be a better experience with a different crew.
