My yard is a work in progress, I have multiple blends of grass and a variety of weeds, and throw in a few insect problems. This has been the first year of treatment. Very happy so far. I have some brown spots due weeds dying off, but know next year grass will grow, and thicker too. I have really saved money with your program compared to going to the big box stores and buying product and time to put it down., I recommend you to all of my friends who complain about their yards. But I know next year my lawn will be thicker and greener with less weeds. Should have done this earlier. Thanks for the great service

So far TruGreen has done a very good job. Customer service has been great and the techs have been very good with knowing information about the treatments.

Everything has gone well so far with our first week of service. The people who came out to do our service seemed knowledgeable and did their jobs quickly.

Agents come periodically and take care of my lawn. I like that they knock and often connect with me to explain the treatment and give me a review of my lawn. I'm happy with my lawn appearance.

Quite pleased with the results with the exception of finding some clover (that I never had before) popping up now.

My lawn was serviced a couple of days before I went on vacation.I was away 12 days and with seasonal rain, I returned to the best lawn on my block. My service tech told me this spring when I was complaining to have a little patience and everything be alright. He was so right.

I've only had the one treatment, the guy did his job great got a information about my yard, ie, soil sample, type of weeds, type of grass.

Our reps always let us know they've arrived, what they're going to do and ask if we have questions or concerns. I'm very happy with their professionalism

The staff is very friendly and responsive to any comments. They understand my yard of weeds which is turning into grass. I told them I was putting down Zoysia grass plugs and they all gave me a thumbs up. With them coming out on schedule it frees me up at least 3 plus hours of doing this myself and about at the same price of the products I used. I look forward to greener and more grass.

It is a very pleasant experience. The efficiency, skill and extreme knowledge of the techs is amazing. Techs make sure that you know what they are going to do and why and review with you after the service.

Trugreen stood by their promises on reaching out to me to get my lawn back to healthy after a crazy winter here in Charleston

I started with Trugreen in April of 2018. I was a little hesitant after using a previous company with zero results. They first appointment was for weed control. After the 14 days I was not 100 percent satisfised. I gave them a call and within a few days they came back and sprayed again solving all my concerns. Each time they arrive and I am home, my doorbell rings and I am introduced to an employee who explains exactly what is going to happen today. After each treatment I am again explained exactly what happened, what they see and recommendations to improve my lawn. Any questions they haven't been able to answer they reach out and get in contact with someone who can give them the correct answer Versus giving you some generic answer. They are a great company with great employees who have so far done an great job.

I have to say that trugreen has the best communication and customer service I have ever seen in a company! This company is a prime example of how a company is supposed to be, I couldn't have asked for a better company to tend to my lawn! I am truly pleased and impressed how knowledgeable they are!
