I saw the numerous late night commercials they had so my wife and I decided to call to inquire about an estimate on a repair. I phoned several times and not one customer service rep answered . My calls were forwarded to an answering machine. Very weird since I called during normal operating hours. 3 weeks later not one return call.. Don't use them
