Sales Associates make you feel very uncomfortable, like you are going to shoplift, will never go in this store again.

Customer service is rude and refuses a return for an item that was received with a defect. Do not order online!!!!!

I ordered nov 30 and was told on Monday dec 23 that it was never shipped even after receiving an email that it had been shipped dec. 15th. The customer service manager was rude, very unhelpful and treated me with disdain. I have tried several times to reach someone who could help but have not been able to reach anyone other than the customer service manager who is the very person I want to complain about. Will not deal with this company again!!!

I bought several shoes for my teenage daughter here, even a pair of Betsy Johnsons!! Excellent selection of heels and very friendly staff!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM METROSHOE WAREHOUSE! I ordered a Christmas gift from them on December 15th and on Dec. 22nd, it still had not shipped, despite my money being taken out. Only after I tried various attempts of contacting the company did they respond that the item was out of stock. I received a refund and a coupon code for $10 to use by the end of the month. Why would I order from this company again? Now I have to face the mall 3 days before Christmas to find a replacement gift. BUYER BEWARE!
