Unbelievable experience with older man who answered the phone. I called to place an order. Initially, he was cordial. For no apparant reason, he became extremely rude and inappropriate. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Would not recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I am in the landscaping business and have many friends and colleagues in the business, and I will recommend to them that they do NOT do business with this place.

Wow, poor experience with these guys. Made some calls to check prices on a large amount of sod for my new home. Wanted to buy it from them since it was close and well priced. The old guy who answered the phone turned nasty and paranoid within a few seconds into the conversation. I explained that I was checking prices and wanted to buy the sod from them but he was still on a tangent. No clue where the attitude came from. Be careful if you go there, I think mental illness may be an issue and he was pretty aggressive. Just my opinion
