Everyone is largely unhelpful. No willingness to work with you on anything, whether the fault is theirs or yours. The manager is helpful, the only times I've ever talked to him is when I've threatened legal action or refused to make a payment. Sucks, because I used to really like them.

Aarons in norman is horrible the accounts payable lady is the rudest person ever. I leased a entire living room set from them and pain $157 for 10 months and I asked to be a week late on my payment and they said no so I told them to come pick it up. But I was going to keep the end tables and lamps witch is worth maybe $150 she said she would see what the difference was and call me back. Two months later she calls to tell me I owe $41 a month for 12 more months and I wouldn't credit me for paying 10 months on them already so they are wanting me to pay $861 for these tables and lamps. So I told them to come get them they are rude and are thieves. Don't do business with aarons period.

I had gotten a laptop from aarons and after a few months I took it in to get it repaired cause the hinges broke. A week later i went to retrieve the laptop and a supposed 'glitch' in their computer system led to it only being clean. I then had to wait another 2 weeks to receive my laptop and they finally got it fixed. A few months later the hinged broke yet again. I didnt even bother to take it back this time. I would never do buisness here again and would tell people to avoid comming here. Poor communications and bad repairs.
