total rip off and scam. they told me they take my insurance. I asked when i made the appointment, and i asked again when i went in for the appointment. they told me both times that my xrays and cleaning are 100% covered by insurance. They sent me a bill anyways. I called and they told me there was a mistake and they would adjust it.. they didn't, they sent me another bill. I called back and was told this time that they were out of network, so i called my insurance agency and they were not out of network.. they were in network. they just would not meet the allowable costs agreed upon with the insurance company. Dentfirst said they gave me a PPO discount.. $1.00. wow, thanks. Also, the woman who i spoke to has terrible grammar. TERRIBLE. be smart and take your business elsewhere.
