The driver took me to my hotel by the shortest route and best of all, I forgot my handbag in the cab for the first time in my life. Within a half hour of calling the company he returned it to my hotel completely intact! (Honest and reliable what else can you ask of a business!

This past Saturday was the Perimeter Beer fest in Dunwoody, Ga. I live in Swanee so it was kind of hard to find a cab that would get to my house fast. I called a couple of cab companies before i got to ATL, they got to my house in less than 10 mins and took me to my destination for a flat rate! Thes guys Rock!!!

Due to car problems I have had to use atl taxi 3 times in the past couple of weeks. The first time I called at the last minute and since they couldn't be on time they let me know immediately and gave me the option to find another service if necessary. I chose to stick with them and am glad i did. Their rates are very reasonable and the last 2 times they were right on time and the drivers were very nice! I highly recommend them!

I was driven from my house in Johns Creek to the Airport by ATL Taxi Last Wednesday. The service was great, the units are nice and clean no nasty odors... Plus the drivers are nice and helpful...

They have nice and clean vehicles. The drivers were very pleasant. Their rates are reasonable. They got me to my appointment on time and picked me up on time as well. I highly recommend anyone to use this company for all of your traveling in Norcross/Atlanta.

I have used ATL TAXI several times now to the airport and to a couple of concerts, they've been on time and very clean cars.

hola mi mama viajo hace una semana con esta dis que distinguida familia no manche ....y le prometieron que le darian un buen descuento y al mi mama llegar al lugar de origen le cobraron mas de lo normal,y ahi mi mama me llamo porque el dinero era justo para el taxi por la cotisacion que le habian dado y no fue prometida esta compania no hace lo correcto solo engana.gracias

I haven't taken a taxi in years!! One day I needed one ASAP! He came in less than 10 minutes in a very nice Nissan, he was very friendly and provided safe driving. He got me to my destination in a timely manner! If I should ever need a taxi again no doubt I will call on him!!!

I've used ATL TAXI cab also to pick me up from work when i worked late at night. they offer great service and get you pretty fast. i like the fact that if they are really busy and your driver will be delayed they have called me back to let me know,it will be little longer wait than expected. the person that answers the phone is very friendly. the cab drivers that have picked me up at work have been really good,they have kept an eye on me park right in front of the door,so that i can jump right in the cab as soon as i locked up the bar. made me feel very safe that someone was looking out for me.

I had the worst of luck by choosing this cab company... I was debating with the taxi driver the price that he wanted to charge me because it was way to much money. Driver was charging about $24 for a 5 minute ride and as I was getting ready to pay, the driver snatched my purse out of hands and paid himself. Later he ordered me to get out of the car, it seemed like the driver had a couple of shots because he looked intoxicated. Will never use again... horrible experience. mistreated and robbed from. I am so offended by this type of service.

This is the best taxi service I experienced so far. Always ontime, good customer service, they always go above & beyond. Recomended A++++

Hello good morning call more than 5 times to this informal taxi company and never got back to me,the worst in every is that as we were in an emergency with my daughter and after both expect that they will arrive ran through the 85 like crazy and my wife and i were surprised despite your service was entirely in Spanish, with so little preofecional,the taxi driver was on the phone riendoce with someone and moviendoce from side to side,the arrive at the hospital i was overcharged by over what was said in the...crazy driver unit # 02

I MADE THE MISTAKE OF CALLING ATLTAXI AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE DISPATCHERS BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND WERE VERY RUDE. THEY QUOTED ME $16 FOR 7 MILES AND THEIR DRIVER CHARGED $40 BECAUSE HE SAID IT WAS 1.30AM. ALSO, THE DRIVER DROVE LIKE CRAZY AND WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY OVERCHARGE YOU AND TREAT YOU MISERABLY. THEY WERE REALLY A DISAPOINTING AND RIP OFF EXPERIENCE...



THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE.

I had an accident on 85 south and after reading other reviews, i decided to call them. Within 3-5 mnutes, the owner arrived and he was very professional, treated me well, got me at my destination on time and i decided to use them for the rest of the week before i get my car back. I stay 20 miles from my place of work which is 45 minutes drive but since they are 24/7, Franco told me to call them any time of the day or night. Three times i was supposed to get to work at 4 AM and i called them at 3 AM, Someone was there to pick me up on time and get me to my job on time. The other drivers that work for Franco, they where all professional, dressed up great, they where very courteous and answered any questions that i had. I am getting my car this weekend but decided to right up this review because i really want others out there to have a good experience since it is your money that you are spending at the end of the day. I have actually told my co - workers about this taxi in case any one needs one. I am a very satisfied customer and me & my family will be using them in the future.

The customer service is great, all my questions were answered and they also honored their coupons offers on the phone with me and give me the instructions for use for the driver. Making my future appointment was done with ease. Thank you for doing a great job.

ATL TAXI is very courteous and friendly. The drivers get you to your destination right on time. I would highly recommend this taxi service to my family and friends.

This taxi company is just fantastic not to mention their courtesy. This company is always on time, thats what i like about them. i like the fact that this taxi company actually takes credit card, last time i got on with them i didn't have any cash on me and i asked them do you take credit cards and they said yes, other companies who i have asked if i could pay with credit cards they say no and i rather not ride with them. Alt taxi is the best company and i totally recommend it.
