Love this place. Never had an issue at any of the locations. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of the lines that are carried and are willing to go above and beyond to assure that the customer is satisfied with their selections.
Tried to sell me 1 PINT of enrich n seal for $51...qt was $74....went to Home Depot was 39.96 24oz!!
Jonathan spent over 2 hours helping my mom in law find what she wanted and gave her many options too!! Super help, super selection....Thank you!!
Zumpanos staff 90% completely UNknowledgeable, UNderstaffed, UNder trained and zero interpersonal skills.Saying all that, I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years buying tile from them... I usually deal with the Alpharetta store but they constantly have different sales people because they can't even keep them in there... They are hiring girls who have zero experience and then are getting overwhelmed by contractors who know exactly what they want and need... then when you go to your sales rep or Jim zampano he yells at you and takes up for his crappy staff who pays $10 an hour ... Alpharetta store isn't even open on Saturdays, which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard cuz that's when people need to shop... and never seen the same girl twice, it's almost like they had a turnover rate of staff... It was exhausting! One girl showed us travertine and said it was porcelain tile!!!
The staff is not trained well at all, My wife & I used both norcoss & alpharetta store...the women in showroom come & go... every time we call to speak to our sales lady that said she no longer works here... not sure what the inner problems are but there a joke... we asked to see some porcelain tiles and the lady showed is travertine I called her out on it and she apologized, she said it looks so real , she couldnt tell....we ended up walking out and went elsewhere.
The experts at Specialty Tile helped me pick out the right tile to renovate our condo lobby. They guided me through the options, the pros and cons of each and then even helped me pick out the right grout color to keep a clean look style that still looks great 10 years later. About to redo my kitchen and you know I'll be back.
Outstanding selection and reasonable prices. Homeowners should work with a contractor/member to purchase from ProSource.
We bought our oak floors for kitchen renovation here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided advice on quantity and type of wood to buy. They delivered our order on time. Price was very reasonable. Floor inventory options were great.
Was not happy. With installer work. They charged me $50.00 to fix wrinkles 3 month after laying the carpet
