Oasis Well Service

Ken and Steve have been servicing my well ans water treatment system for something like 20 years. We are very pleased with their services and attention to our needs!

Called Ken at 1:00pm. He came right out, walked me through his diagnosis, and an hour later I had a new well pump installed and the water was flowing again! Great service at a fair price. Highly recommended!

Oasis Well service was called after I had 2 other plumbers come out to check my water and could not find the problem. Oasis was knowledgeable , clean and fast. They don't have much to say, they come to fix your water problem. They checked everything (tank & well), found the problem, fixed it and charged me a decent price. I had water in my home again YEA!!!

I would highly recommend them to EVERYONE.

It's too bad that the other people had a problem with them, but just like someone wrote, you get what you give. They were not rude to me. I love to see professionals come out to work, check out the problem, and fix it. I don't need them to sit and have tea and conversation.

My first time using Oasis per a high-recommendation, I couldn't be any happier. Not sure how they have received rude comments but to each their own. Seems alot of people now just look for an arguement and look past the fact people have different personalities and want their feet kissed.



They have been in businesss for over 20 years and tell it how it is, by no means did they come across as rude. If you want pampering then have a real estate agent walk you around for a day. Customers come first but to an extent, you need to give respect to get it back, it's not automatic.



I called them with a major problem and they were here within a few hours, everything is fixed at about half of what other outfits charged....and was top-notch work.



Overall I was extremely impressed and they have my business forever.

I don't know if they are knowledgable about water treatment. All I know is that these guys are rude. RUDE. I would tell my friends to steer clear of this outfit.

I concur with the other person which gave a great review of Oasis Well Service. Ken was very helpful, knowledgeable, and offered to help after the job was complete. Every time I called, Ken called back within 30 min. I had my doubts looking for someone to fix my well, and Its a shame that one review gave a lower average so hopefully my review will help the curve. I will call Oasis again if I have any issues. Great fast service, told it how it is, mixed with a little education for future use.

I have used Oasis twice in the past 3 years to resolve well water issues at home, and like before I was very impressed by the assistance I received over the phone and during home visits. This last time Ken took care of fixing a water pressure issue within an hour at a very low cost. He checked my system, troubleshot an issue with my pressure tank switch which he replaced on the spot, and charged me less than what I had expected. He also regulated water pressure which we had been suffering for a while, and told me that my well pump was fine. I was very impressed and if I ever need assistance with my water system I will definitely call them back because this is one of the few local companies I have been extremly impressed with.



I read a negative review here and I was trying to figure out how I had a completely different experience with both the answering service, and Oasis staff, and all I could come up with is that maybe if you have a possitive attitude towards people, and show respect you will probably have a lot better experience with customer service, and service overall, and that applies to any company, and overall with any personal interaction. By the way I 1st called Oasis becuase I had 2 neighbors tell me about their excellent service and very competitive pricing, my best friend had his well pump replace by them and was also very impressed.

Called to try and get a second opinion on a well issue that I had been having. I should have known there were going to be customer service issues when the receptionist kept talking over me but when the technician called me back....WOW! Not only did he raise his voice with me but he bluntly stated "well what do you want me to do about it", I was like "really, I would like you to come out and assess the issue and provide a course of action, do you not want to do that?" Needless to say, I did not hire them!!!! It was one of the rudest phone conversations I've ever had considering I was a potential customer.
