        Overall

        After going to chiropractors on a weekly basis for well over 10 years, I finally have a new lease on life. For the first time in over 10 years, I have gone over 3 1/2 months without any pain and without a single adjustment. In less than 8 months, Dr. VanMatre and his ART methods of chiropractic and his most helpful exercises (that I do daily) have convinced me that living pain free is here to stay. Now I just visit him periodically for preventative adjustments. Thank you!!!
