Queen Street Cleaners

Unless you enjoy rude and horrible service accompanied by unsatisfactory cleaning of your garments, DO NOT bring your business here!!! Over the past few years I have brought a few pieces to this establishment STRICTLY based on time restraints and convenience of their location ( while grocery shopping, depositing money into the bank ect., I thought : "why not just drop off my dry cleaning as well?" ), and EVERY TIME I have regretted that decision. Not only are the clothes NEVER ready by the time they are said to be, they usually are incomplete. I have witnessed the OWNER yelling and snapping at customers, and have even observed one customer being DENIED the return of their garment entirely. They are extremely overpriced as well and I am outright disgusted and outraged that a business has the audacity to produce such low quality work and treat their customers, whom they are certainly LUCKY to have, in such an ignorant, poor manner. I am certainly looking forward to seeing the "FOR LEASE" sign up, hopefully soon, in the window of the former Queen Street Cleaners.
