I have been going to Jeannie's for 5 years. Always professional. Jennie has done altering and repair on my clothing as well as adjustments on my Service dog attire. Quick, well done and fair priced.

Absolutely CONCUR! DO NOT GO HERE! THIEVES in business! Kept my pants for 3 months and then lost/sold them! I'm out $300 worth of pants with no resolution. After 3 polite visits to Jeannie's i received a threatening phone call telling me to never visit the store again! UNBELIEVABLE!! Rating should be ZERO stars!

I would say DON'T go there!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my wedding dress there. It need to be took in a little and hem up,I also ask if she could take off the one strap it had and have 2 shoulder strap put on and it had snowflake bling on it and I ask her to take it off and put 3 heart buttons on it.Well the fit was good the hem could of been done better but was ok.,But the straps she put on it was mix matched the right strap had no seams and look ok the other strap had 2 big ugly seams on it ,one in back and one in front.When i seen that I told her she should get her cutters and cut them off .That it was unacceptable!!! What bride wont to walk down the aisle with mix match strap and ugly seams..NOT ME!!!!!!!!! Then she took it back and sewed a seam on the other strap and it still didn't match.The heart buttons was not space apart right and they were crooked a 10 year old could of done better.What made me mad was I had to pay OVER 100 dollars for a messed up dress!!! If I didn't she would of kept it and then fix it right and sold it.I only have a few days before the wedding so I had no time to take it any where else to get it fix. So I called nana in tears and she said to come over and she would see what she could do.Nana took off the heart buttons and put them on right, but the straps she said I can take them off but your big boobs may not stay in it if i do.lol But luckily I had 2 more heart buttons and she sewed them on the straps to cover the seams in the front and the back seams my hair covers.If you wont thing done right do it your self or go somewhere else.She had a dress in her front window for sale.I guess that bride had told her where to stick it.I'd like to of but didn't have time to get other one.If you dont believe me I have pictures you can email me at mountainbaby74@gmail.com if you wont to see them.The reason I wrote this review is to where another bride don't have to feel the way that I did.PLEASE DON'T GO HERE AND IF YOU DO YOU CAN'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!!!
