        Reliant IT was founded in 2011 to solve a great need in the community: knowledgable computer companies that focus on creating an above and beyond customer experience that big box companies cannot provide. This is where we come in. We are not Geeks. We are professionals. We genuinely care about our customers. We are looking to make friends, not just clients. We can explain what we are doing in plain English, and we like to make your experience as comfortable as possible. With over 8 years of experience in computer services and customer service, we've seen it all and fixed it all. Our experience has always been that by providing customers with strong explanations and options to go with from there gives the customer more control. Our certified technicians are proficient in computer systems from all manufacturers, including: Apple, Dell, HP, Compaq, IBM, Toshiba, Acer, Gateway, eMachines, Asus, Sony, and many more. We also work with other related devices, such as smart phones, tablets and gaming systems.

        We are located on lower Thames St in Newport. We are directly across the street from Segway, in the upper right hand unit. There is parking spot in the back and some drop off / load in parking on the street next to us.
