        Overall

        Harvey Firestone is turning in his grave. Firestone Complete Auto Care is not a company that is trustworthy! Paid for work that was not done properly, completely and some unnecessary by one of their non-corporate stores (see Walker & Sons review). I called and spoke with Keith Ruohonen at Corporate, he assured me that the proper thermostat would be installed and that the other botched jobs of which I had to pay for again were corrected.



        Had to take my vehicle to the dealership for some computer issue - they found that Firestone Complete Auto Care did not put in the proper thermostat. They found a poor fitting aftermarket thermostat with a mess of silicone to make it fit - all of which had to be carefully removed.



        Firestone Complete Auto Care is not a reputable organization. Their financing through CFNA - a bad joke. They don't care that you pay for work that wasn't done, they just want your money. Well they got my money, paid in full. Hard lesson learned.



        Instead of Firestone Complete Auto Care taking care of their customers with integrity and professionalism - they have to spend their money on advertising to recruit unsuspecting victims.



        P.S. Was a customer for over 15 years with a great credit standing. I have documentation to back up all my claims.
