Ultrasound
In the office, Kaylie sees new and follow up patients, treating both acute injuries as well managing chronic conditions. She performs joint injections and aspirations with ultrasound guidance as indicated. For patients pursuing surgical treatment with Dr. Banos, Kaylie serves as a physician-extender throughout the surgical process. She is the first assistant in the operating room for Dr. Banos’ surgeries, and has first-hand experience of each patient’s unique case.
MRI
MRI’s aid in the diagnosis and treatment of many orthopedic conditions because of the scanner’s ability to provide highly detailed images of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones. Our patients have access to the MRI machine that is directly attached to the Anna Jaques Hospital and is accessible from our office building without ever stepping foot outside.

In these cases, the most those providers can bill you is your plan's in-network cost-sharing amount. This applies to emergency medicine, anesthesia, When you get emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from balance billing. Our patients have access to the CT scanner housed within Anna Jaques Hospital, which is directly connected to our office building. This state-of-the-art, 64-slice scanner, manufactured by General Electric, provides high resolution images to aid in diagnosing and treating a variety of orthopedic conditions.

Seacoast Orthopedics accepts most major insurances as well as Workers Compensation. It is important that your insurance information is accurate and current. If your insurance coverage is through your regular health insurance, please bring your insurance card with you and present it when you check in. We also ask that you please bring photo identification. If you are a cash-pay patient, a minimum deposit of $150 is required. Insurance co-payment is required at the time of service.

She is committed to working closely with the patient’s hand therapist for both non-surgical treatment and post-operative rehabilitation. Dr. Lee received her medical degree from the Health Sciences and Technology Program at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She completed Orthopedic Surgery residency at the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency Program, where she received training in Orthopedic trauma at multiple Level I Trauma Centers: Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Boston Children’s Hospital. During residency, she pursued additional training in pediatric hand surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital as well as complex reconstructive microsurgery at Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore, India. She completed a fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she received specialized training in plastic and reconstructive surgery, and treated patients with a wide range of traumatic injuries. She is a skilled microsurgeon and expert in the treatment of nerve injuries.
