Multi State Tax Service

I have been going to Rich at Multi State for over a decade. I have no complaints. They are knowledgeable and proffesional. I would highly recommend!

Looks like the guy or gal that is complaining about the missing sheet was the one that should of provided it. It is NOT Multi State fault. It is the tax filer . They do not receive any paper work until YOU bring it to them. This is a Tax Preparer, NOT your babysitter !



I have been very happy with the firm Multi State Tax. Rich and his father run a good business and all the members of their team are very professional .

I was referred to this accountant on Feb 3, 2010. My paper work for my tax information was completed on that day. A

few weeks later I am filing my tax information away and go through copies of all the paperwork that I signed and the

accountant signed at the time my service was completed. I notice on one of the signed it reads please attach your

Settlement sheet to this 5405 form. I did not have a copy of my Settlement sheet with my copies of paperwork. I made a

phone call to the office and asked why was a copy of my Settlement sheet not attached to my paperwork? Tricia replied

they just found out 2 weeks prior that you had to attach a Settlement Sheet to the 5405 form. BUT IT CLEARLY READS CAUTION.......PLEASE ATTACH YOUR SETTLEMENT SHEET TO THE 5405 FORM. I explained I knew

months ago this had to be done and she repiled well....why didn't you attach it then. This is something I should not have

to do if you pay someone to complete a job it should be completed. I had a conversation with the father to whom in which is the Owner of this company he also asked what was it I wanted him to do. I told him I have to wait as a normal 6-8 weeks for processing. He repiled he will call me tomorrow when he finds out what my next step is. It has been 4 days now since this has occurred I have visited the IRS on King St in Wilmington DE. IT WILL BE APPROX 4-5 MONTHS BEFORE I GET ANYTHING I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A LETTER TO COME FROM IRS TO TELL ME MY

SETTLEMENT SHEET IS MISSING THEN MAIL IT OFF THEN APPROX 30 ADDITIONAL DAYS AGAIN BEFORE

ANYTHING IS MAILED TO ME.
