I was retaliated against and threatened for reporting Siddhartha Nadkarni, Orrin Devinsky and Daniel Friedman who engaged in unlawful conduct. I had to go to the authorities and outside agencies, because NYU Langone stonewalled and would not address the many violations of law, and did not elevate the matter to law enforcement as required by state and federal law. I also incurred spoliation of my medical record. The legal department at NYU Langone (Lynn Lowy, and Annette Johnson) failed in their fiduciary responsibility to protect patients and report dangerous doctors.

The nursing staff is arrogant and disrespectful to immediate family members. The hospital willfully violates the demand in the HIPAA law and regulations, that require hospitals to establish verification methods to speak with family members over the phone. The so called "Compliance Officer" at the hospital stated that the Tisch Hospital has decided to violate federal law, by creating an illegal internal policy of not only to refuse families over the phone from obtaining medical conditions of their loved ones, but also they have decided to ignore federal law by not establishing any telephone verification systems whatsoever.

My father entered the hospital on October 22nd, 2015, for routine heart valve transplant through catherization. Although, all my my fathers vitals were weak, and did not appear to be recovering, he was ummarily discharged from the hospital, only to suffer a near complete organ failure do the the defective implanation of the new heart valve.

Did the hospital discharge my father so that he would not die at their hospital, thus adversely effecting their heart valve survival statistics?

Fortunately, St. Francis Hospital on Long Island aggressively treated my father until he regained most of his strength, and all of his organs recovered significantly, especially his heart.

The staff of Dr. Matthew Williams is rude, insulting, and disrespectful to family members of his elderly patients. Dr. Williams intentional angered an elderly patient just days after his surgery, about immediate family contact with his office staff. This caused the elderly patient much grief, and could have led a new medical crisis. All of the above immoral, and unethical actions of Dr. Williams and his staff, are in clear violation of the New York Board of Health. What kind of cardiologist would intentionally anger an elderly patient, while recovering from heart surgery?

Neurology Dept.

My husband Daniel Cunneen seen Dr. Daniel Luciano for a little over 2 years beginning in November of 1999 through April of 2002, our last visit was because I went into the hospital in May of 2002 and we moved to Florida in October 2002.While in Florida my husband has been seeing a neurologist regularly, but, has had a few problems within the year. I recently called Dr. Luciano, he had no old medical records on my husband, but it was wonderful that Dr. Luciano took the time to call us back. He will be in touch with my husband's neurologist and tell him about some new medicines that are available since we left New York. While in New York he was treated with Keppra and Topomax, and is still taking that but it seems that the doctors in Florida are not up on the current medications. I would hightly recommend Dr. Luciano and I have no plans to come back to N.Y. but, if I did, we would be back seeing Dr. Luciano.
