Paul was able to help me successfully win a quite complicated landlord-tenant case. Paul knows what is doing and is very confident. These cases can be very emotional and you need a lawyer like him to keep you sane. Like most laywers, he is very busy, so you sometimes need to keep track of things for your case yourself to make sure nothing falls through. I've dealt with numerous lawyers in the past and with most of them, you have to chase them down and they would not respond for days. However, Paul is always very responsive (usually within the hour or same day at the latest) and accommodating when you need him. It is hard to find a lawyer you can trust and rely on and I felt like I was able to do that with Paul.

After over a year of negotiating a real estate agreement, frustrations mounted and I needed to hire an attorney. Around the busy 4th of July season, I reached out to a few referrals from friends and neither of those attorneys got back to me. Can't say enough great things about Paul Kenney. He is extremely intelligent and knows the real estate market inside and out. He paid incredible attention during the contract phase which made the entire sales process simplistic as a buyer. Purchasing a co-op is very different than a home or condo. Paul knew all the right topics to address. As a first time home buyer, you have lots of questions. On November 2011, another attorney delayed the closing of my condo for the second week of December. I desperately had to retain another attorney. I was referred to Mr. Kenney by the seller and retained his services the week before Thanksgiving. Mr. Kenney scheduled my closing for the day before Thanksgiving! 5 stars. My case was very unusal. It took 6-7months until the closin with many confusion. It was my first experience and I was very stressed and unsure. Mr. Kenney recently represented my family in the purchase of our home. He was very personable and responsive throughout the entire engagement. He responded timely to all of our questions and successfully negotiated key elements of our purchase contract. When the bank requested that we close on a particular day he immediately assisted us in establishing a power of attorney due to a scheduling conflict. The accelerated schedule also required a post closing agreement to allow the seller to remove additional belongings from the home after closing. This agreement was negotiated seamlessly by Mr. Kenney at closing and protected all of our interests. While at the closing he also patiently explained each document before we signed them, and immediately after closing we received our records file from his office. Mr. Kenney later followed up with us to confirm that the transfer of the home went as planned according to the post closing agreement. Mr. Kenney was a pleasure to work with. Mr. Kenney exceeded my expectations in handling an eviction for unpaid rent. I had all but written off three months of unpaid rent when Paul worked out a deal with the tenant to get all payments and also ensured future payments.
