Carmel Car and Limo Service

I'm usually not writing reviews, but I feel that people should know that.
I was waiting in the line in JFK airport to get a cab, when a man walked to me and gave me a coupon for "$6 off" for Carmel Car and Limousine Service.
I decided to call and see the prices. The dispatcher told me it will be $44+toll+tip minus the $6. And I repeated the all thing to him and he approved.
I was waiting for a car for 15-20 minutes after the time scheduled, because of bad communication with the office.
The driver was very nice, and when I told him about the price, he said that I was supposed to get "a code" for the coupon. So I tried to call them on the way.
They put me on hold to "try to give me the code" about 7 times, for 12 minutes. And then I got to the "supervisor" that was very unprofessional and told me that he can't add the code after we started the ride, and when I asked him what to do, he said that he can't do anything and that I will need to pay.
I told the "supervisor" that this is not a way to run a business (as I am running a business and know how it is), and he just said that it is fine with him and I will have to pay.
This wasn't about the $6, that I ended up paying. It's about the customer service that was horrible.
I will never use them again, and I really don't recommend anyone to use them.

CROOKS!!!! NEVER USE! I was picked up from JFK airport, and wanted to go to Newark airport. they told me the cost was $60- plus tolls-(approx 24.) The driver go us LOST, and took the LONGEST way to try to get there, and THEN took me through DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN AT RUSH HOUR!!!! I had to meet a friend that was flying in at the Newark airport, then we were going to take her car service to the hotel.. my driver had me in traffic for almost 2 hours circling the city and we STILL weren't half way to the destination. the distance is ONLY 28 MILES!!!! I had to get the driver to stop, pull over on the side of the road, after driving almost 40 miles (keep in mind the 2 airports are only 28 miles apart, and we weren't even half way there!!) I made him pull over at a gas station in NJ so I could have my friend and her driver (different driving service) come get me - the Carmel driver forced me to pay cash, THE FULL FAIR!!!! I called David- the dispatcher, and told him what was going on, he said pay him cash, and I have to pay the full amount even though the driver didnt even get me HALF WAY to my destination!!!!! they screwed me over like they do everyone else. Once my driver pulled over in the gas station to wait for my friend to come pick me up, he told me i have to get out of the car - he was leaving!! he dumped me, and all my luggage at a BP gas station off the Seacaucus exit in 28 degree weather and took off!!! he didnt speak english, and he wouldn't talk to my friends driver so they could find a meeting place. he refused to cooperate and its the WORST driver and WORST company ever in business!!! I get back home today and look at my bank statement and saw where they charged me $119.00!!! I paid the driver cash in the car before he kicked me out!!!!!! I have NOW been charged over $200 for a 2 hour car ride for 40 miles - to get to a destination 28 miles apart, and STILL barely made it half way!! I was left stranded in the freezing cold alongside a gas station -waiting for another car service to come get me. DO NOT CALL THESE CROOKS!!!!
