THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY THAT I'VE EVER DEALT WITH , THE EMPLOYEES & EMPLOYER WERE VERY ,VERY,VERY RUDE TO ME. THEY USE HARSH & ALSO LIKE TO THREATEN TO HANG UP THE PHONE ON PEOPLE .. They say that the reason they don't have to help an elderly is cause they get very payment from the insurance company, if that's the case why do they choose to still do business w/them & in the process treat people like CRAPPY! They don't respect anyone, I think that the reason they do as they please with the client is because they feel we have no other choice, but we do have choices u'll could report this piece of SH** that they call a company so that they could be investigated by the BBC for verbally abusing the elderly & people with disabilities u'll are paying costumers too! Hope u'll do what needs to be done to make them put up a OUT OF BUSINESS sign or start emphasizing w/their clients. I pray that reality hits them sooner than later! God bless & stay bless u'll ! I wouldn't even given them 1 or 1/2 a star, but the site wouldn't let me post the truth without rating (NOT FAIR AT ALL DAWN IT) but I want people to see this so they could know what they are getting into & make the choice weather to walk away or deal with their rudeness & disrespectful way. If u have a choice/chance walk away please not worth ur time or ur families....God bless once again from someone who cares.

They charge insurance first then i wait several weeks before i get my supplies. It requires a few calls, and also rude on the phone. Demanding money first. I will report to my insurance co.

Rude on the phone they are only interested in insurance or medicare business to sell beds at inflated prices. Unfortunately these are the kind of insurance scammers that are increasing the cost of medicine in general. Dont use them.
