Mark was called because of our roof was leaking. He told us what needed to be done to correct the problem and wrote up the contract stating a 10 yr warranty. A month later the roof was still leaking and his work only made it worse. He refuses to even come out and look at it and cused at me on the phone that it isn't his problem he doesn't live there. The leak he was called out for is still leaking after he charged me $2,000 to "fix" the leak.
