Fischer's Loan Company

After being told the company I've been working for for three years was laying people off just like that I lost my job six months later things have gotten really tight cut off my cell now when applying for a job I use my wife's number cable and Internet is also gone as well no more whole foods and kids tuition is now backed up etc so today 11/16/215 I end up in fischers asked for $2000 on my (pre-owned) rolex date just with dimond dial that I purchased just before things got bad paid $5200 lady at counter said in order for us to do the loan we would have to take off the watch band to run the serial number okay cool comes back and says $800 excuse me did you say 800 wow no thanks now at this time i look at my watch and its scratched bad around the band from taking it apart and also noticed scratches around the outside of the face don't know if they have the proper tools are if they were patient when removing the band but they totally abused my watch after I spoke on it the lady brings the watch to the back she comes back and the first thing I say was I hope he didn't just try to buff the scratches she handed it back and of course he did now on top of the scratches there are now buff marks so after speaking on that I asked for a manager here she comes she tells me she doesn't see any scratches even with the loupe point them out I told her I can see and feel with a naked eye she takes off back to the back I yelled hold up DONT do ANYTHING to the watch with out letting me know first she says okay now I'm waiting she comes back and said he cleaned the watch and we only take the band off on one side now the watch has more scuffs from the buffer and she i are looking at each other I asked for a card she says well we don't have any cards back here I asked her name to my surprise she replied Joann Fischer they went back and fourth and all I really wanted was for them to acknowledge what was done and apologize for not treating my item with care it's not like I was going to be given a new watch now when I go to sell it the value has decreased further bad experience (for me) may be different for you I'll Never return or recommend anyone!!
