My kids (and I) love it here! We've done their open play, we've attended birthday parties, and our children each chose BKB for their birthday parties. It's always a great experience. Our children's birthday parties at BKB were the easiest parties we've ever hosted. The owners, managers, and employees are ever-present, assuring that everyone is having a nice time and attending to everyone's needs. We were there last weekend for another b'day party and noticed that they had changed out the inflatables again. They keep things interesting and fun for the kids while giving the adults an easy outing with the kids.

Great place for a birthday party!!!!!

Bookoo Bounce is the best bang for your buck for kids birthday parties. The really take care of everything. We have been invited to parties and have had a blast and then we hosted our own party for my son. The staff was well organized and kept the party on track. I actually felt like I didn't have to have eyes on my son at all times and I enjoyed myself. We loved the way the party progressed to each room. Once it was all done we had some tired and cranky kids that all fell asleep on the ride home. Thanks Bookoo Bounce staff for giving us a great day to remember.

I have had three separate birthday parties for my son at BooKoo Bounce and every one of them was a wonder experience. The staff is kind and caring towards the children and quite knowledgeable in their jobs.



The owners have been a dream to work with on each occasion.



We have attended numerous other birthday parties as well as school functions at BooKoo Bounce.



I would recommend this place to everyone.

I came for the "open bounce" that they do on weekdays.



As soon as you walk in the door a pungent smell that can only be described as a mixture of kid sweat, feet, and dirty diapers is almost overwhelming and hits you like a ton of bricks. Seriously the smell was so bad I almost immediately turned around and walked right out the door. The only thing that kept me from doing so is the fact that the little one had already seen the inflatables and well, the decision was made to stay.



The cleanliness...

While I get that its a "kids place" and you should expect a certain level of sticky/not so clean, it is clear that these things are never cleaned or disinfected in any manner. I would hate to see a piece of litmus paper or a petri dish collection from here. You can almost feel the bacteria and the smell reinforces that this place is less than sanitary. I would NEVER have a party here and it shocks me that after one visit a parent would, in good faith, bring their child back here. It is just downright gross! They don't even bother to try and cover it up with some air freshener.



So if the smell and bacteria didn't scare you off, theres the safety concerns...



The employees really try to wrangle the kids as it is clear the majority of parents bring them here, and sit outside the curtain meanwhile they are raising hell on the other side. Countless times I saw kids knocked over and running at high rate of speeds, going the opposite way on the inflatables and if it sounds like I am being picky you are wrong. There were several times kids were getting hurt and it was a genuine safety concern. The smaller kids I was really scared for several times while I was there. They were constantly announcing how you shouldn't be running or going the opposite way on the inflatables over the intercom, but these kids (and their parents) couldn't care less. The patients run the asylum at this place.



I should also say that the Batman inflatable collapses (as an employee put it and laughed) every 5 minutes. I saw it collapse twice while we were there and of course my child happened to be in there the first time, otherwise I would have never let them get on it after seeing it do this. This terrified my child as they thought they were trapped inside! The staff was completely unfazed at the kids that were also scared from the collapsing and apparently since it happens so much, they don't see it as a major concern.



Thankfully after a few "bounces" on the inflatables my little one lost interest and I was more than happy to leave. For safety and cleanliness reasons I would never bring my child back here no matter how fun it may seem. How this place has gotten these high reviews is beyond me.



The owner also contacted me after writing a bad review and offered me a bribe to change it. I am afraid all of this only reinforces that my poor impression of BooKoo Bounce was not a fluke after my second poor experience.



Save your money and take it and your child to the Children's Museum or any of the Audubon attractions available to children in the city. They are safe and clean.

This place is awesome. My kids love to go there for parties and play time too. The staff is really great with the kids and we always have a fun time. It's always very clean. I will be having my daughter's party there when she turns 4 and she is so excited!
