Picked up my wife and sister in law to drive to a bachelorette party in NYC. Expected a Lincoln Town car since it was only a pick and drop off, and they actually sent a brand new Escalade ! The vehicle was clean and Vick the driver was responsive in answering his cell phone. !He ran on time, knew exactly where to go and even stood outside his car and waited for them to get safely into their houses when he dropped them off. !Truly a class act and premium experience! Great Job!

Truly a wonderful experience coming to the city, being picked up on time as promised, driving around various areas of NYC in the comfort of a Cadillac Escalade, and knowing exactly where to go.

5 star service cars/drivers always on point latest model cars very professional. Went to the Hamptons from upper east side on a Friday morning driver arrived 20 minutes earlier and knew exactly where he was going using the latest technology maps. Thank you great service.

Punctuality--The driver arrived 30 minutes early.
Courtesy--The driver was extremely courteous and helped us load and unload our bags with ease.
Quality of car--An immaculately clean Escalade
The drive--Very safe and smooth
Miscellaneous--The car comes with multiple bottles of water and a large stash of mints. I got a text when the driver arrived and a thank you text when the driver left.
Overall--A very professional service!

We used XPRESSLIMO SERVICE for our airport transfers and it was a great experience. The drivers where on time and took good care of us. There was water waiting for us, and the cars where very nice. They got us back and forth very quickly avoiding most of the heavy traffic. So glad I didn't have to drive myself.

Scheduled a pickup from JFK. The driver was courteous and professional, we were a group of four, he was right on time and helped with our luggage. I would definitely use them again.

We have been using this car service for about 3 years now and have never had a problem. Cars are clean. Drivers are always early. Booking is simple. Travel is safe. Drivers are very helpful and always courteous. Prices are reasonable. Can't think of any reason to use another service.

Good service, tried plenty of companies and they've either shown up late, dirty car or just a rude driver. Xpresslimo just took my business for every time I travel from now on and need a car service. Very professional Car Service company. After trying regular Airport taxi transportation in New York, I decided it was worth it to spend the extra money on a real Limousine service. Xpresslimo is the way to go for important Business trips, cabs just wont cut it.

Fabulous car service! Used Xpresslimo to get from JFK up to Westchester County on a Thursday morning. Very affordable, punctual, and professional service. My driver was super nice and waited for me to get out of the terminal (I took a while) with no attitude or extra charges. Will definitely use again. Highly, highly recommend.
