They just got a new clerk who is extremely rude. I paid $30 for my international registered shipment. I asked her to staple all forms and receipt together, which all other clerks I ever had would do spontaneously at the end of the transaction. Yet this rude clerk (black female in her 40s or 50s) said "No, but I will let you do that yourself" and she gave me her stapler. She took the stapler away before I even got my receipt back from her so I said "I still need the stapler". She said she would not let me use the stapler unless I say "Please" to her. Why will a paying customer who paid $30 for one shipment have to please the post office clerk? She should have said "please" to me.
Needless to say, do not go to this post office until they fire this clerk.

Very rude clerk!! I asked some basic questions about how to pack my package and all she gave me was rude responses back. There were other customers inside and they heard her say these comments and I never felt more embarrassed. I will never go back and I will make sure my friends and family don’t either. Go to the UPS store right around the corner they will greet you with a smile, make sure you are properly packing your package and even help you do it if you need it! Best part is that they won’t make you feel like an idiot in front of other customers.

The rude clerk seems to fit the description of another review listed..and guess what! She was rude to that person too.

We recently moved to New Hudson. The staff--particularly the manager--has always been very helpful.
At Christmas time, a gift I had ordered was lost. Amazon couldn't find it. This P.O. did...2 days before Christmas!
