Hill Health Clinic is NOT exactly the most professional nor welcoming medical facility around. They have a surplus of patients and every department appears to be understaffed and unequipped to handle the caseload they are given. It is nearly impossible to contact an actual nurse by phone,or anyone that will take the time to relay a message on your behalf as the patient.Instead you are almost always directed to a voice mail,.......which nobody ever returns calls from. I once went 2 1/2 weeks without my daily medication due to the extemporaneous way things are handled there. two thumbs down....way down
