Bikram Yoga

My first class was wonderful, The instuctor made me feel comfortable & not like a "newbie". I felt like super woman when I left! My second class not so, a different instructor,she didnt have "bed side manner" ,As I was leaving early.=(, she told me "dont give up u'll never come back"....I wish she never said that.. she was right....

If you have been experienced with Bikram, then this is a good place for you. If you are not, however, one instructor in particular is not very kind to newbies.She did not lay out any of the steps and gave no proper warmup. She expected me, who was brand new, to just pick it up as I went along. Not recommended for those who do not have a solid background in Bikram.
