Every child should have such a marvelous experience with a dentist as my son had. Dr. Neiman was so patient with my son. As a mother, to hear your child say this was great after his exam and after 11years of having bad experiences, words cannot express my gratitude. They are the best. Kathie

this office is awesome i love it every one is so helpful. the new office is wonderful i so recomment every one to go here. the people in the back helped so much as to what my kids were going to experience. everyone is always excited and happy. they are such an awesome team!!

I love the new office renovations! We get the same great care in beautiful surroundings. My children enjoy going to their dentist. I always wished I could go here. Now I can for my orthodontics. I am going to have a better smile, too!

Great experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our daughter's hygienist carefully and tactfully explained what she was missing when she brushed. Dr Hermann was thorough and very sweet. Can't wait to tell our friends!

to much info for young children to understand. comments towards our children were inappropriate a need for more discretion. question there findings as i did and another dentist found they requested as unnecessary work as my child needed two cavities filled not two root canals as they suggested?

Whoever said going to the dentist wasn't fun? Our children simply love Rockland Pediatric Dental. The entire office is geared for the kids with its fun decor to the super-friendly staff. Everyone working at the office is always smiling and loves to interact with the patients. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and caring when it comes to making my kids feel comfortable. The rooms all have televisions for them to watch their favorite videos while they are in the chair. Checking out of the office is always easy thanks to the administrators at the front desk. They are extremely helpful when it comes to any questions regarding insurance claims, treatment, or scheduling appointments. This is a wonderful office that definetely takes that 'extra step' to satisfy its customers. I recommend this office to anyone with children, especially those who are anxious around doctors.

Great dental staff and front office helpers love the way they work with children and explain to you what's going on, but as for the administrative assistant, when submitting claims she want you to do the foot work and call the insurance company. (What is the administrative assistant getting paid for? For you the customer to do her work!!) I have never been to an office that's does this!!! She tells you to call and if you can't get anywhere with your insurance company they call her back and then she'll call, but she says "she doesn't want to wait on the phone so you most get her the right number and if possible and extension to a direct person!" (because we as the customer have nothing better to do!!!) But pay for the services and do them also. And the best part is that the office wants half the money upfront and if the insurance covers more then half the office fees they will reimburse you....
