Nilima Rugs

Nilima Rugs made three custom rugs for me that are so wretched that I'm embarrased to display them anywhere in my house. They refuse to give me my money back, claiming the there is nothing wrong with the rugs, but the truth is that the rugs were shipped directly to me, the people at Nilima have not seen that these rugs are noticeably inferior to the same rugs we have purchased from them in the past. Although it is a custom order, their policy states that the quality, weave and craftsmanship would be the same as the rugs they sell on their showroom.

We have sent pictures and videos, and now they are clinging to their return policy. A very poor argument in these circumstance since they held on to my money from February till May when the rugs were finally delivery.

It has been a very upsetting experience, and I'm out over a thousand dollars. Be careful when you buy from Nilima.
