Only build with Southwest Homes if you have time to check on the job side everyday. Otherwise do not.

Please be sure to get everything in writing! They initialy tell you they can complete the home in 120 days but then they change the start date to suit them. Mine was first from the time they break ground then when they couldn't meet that time line, they changed it to 120 day's from the time of the concrete being poured which bought them two more weeks. the superentendant J. Torres has lied to us on many occasions through out the process and I would never do business with them again and don't recomend them at all... J. Torres will put your house on hold and not send anyone to the jobsite if you don't stroke his ego (very unprofessional) does not return calls. i will say the contractors on my house were very easy to work with and enjoyed dealing with them.
