Kenneth was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He did a very thorough job. He explained the application, and re-iterated the company policy that if I was not satisfied, Aptive would return to re-treat my home.

Vicky and Jorge arrived promptly. Jorge handled a misunderstanding between the salesperson and me gracefully and professionally. They were patient as I read each part of the agreement. Their work was thorough. Pleasant people to work with! I hope to have them service my account regularly.

I was running late but our service professional Kenneth waited for me. 97 degrees and the he was out there ready to go when I got home. Kenneth, was not only prompt and patient but he was professional, courteous and respectful as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that he provided. With that being said, I'll make my final judgement after I see the bugs go away. If that is the case, I will definitely recommend to friends.

The initial experience with Aptive has been great. Katrina was prompt and answered all of our questions. We really liked that they treat the house as well as the yard. Most place that we looked into only treated the yard for pest control. My husband and I can't wait to see the effects of the treatment.

Christian was the tech doing the house next door when I approached him about doing my house.

He was very professional in telling me he would come over after he finished the job he was doing.

He came over and explained all what services he will do and why.

He came back that night after he had done a full days work to do my house. Not many people like that.

When he was done he went over everything that he did and what I should watch for and how long things take to react. Also made sure that I did not have any question about the service.

This was the first year we decided to use a pest service and I can't believe it too me this long. Jorge was great! He was on time, explained what he would be doing, asked if there was any additional pests we needed taken care of, and even reminded us that they will come back if we see anything else. I'm happy he even took care of some wasps nests right away.

Jon K was on time and completed the job in an efficient manner. This is our first time ever having bugs sprayed so I'm hopeful that it's successful. They will be back in 3 months for another round. More effective than the store bought stuff which you need to do every 2 weeks to be effective.

Chris and Jorge (New Berlin office) completed the first treatment and I was very pleased with job so far. Chris was polite, patient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions, which inspires me to look forward to more pest control treatments.

Jon Koudelka and Christian Santiago - came on the scheduled time and walked me through the process. Asked me questions regarding our issue so they could address those appropriately. They also took an extra step by removing a newly formed wasp nest near a window - THANK YOU.
