All Out Heating & Cooling

Don from All Out Heating installed a new furnace for me in Hazel Park. I was very impressed with his professionalism and with his work ethic. I was so pleased with his work that I have recommened his compnay to all my friends or family who have needed repair, install or cleaning. 7-8 people at least and they all said the same thing, affordable and great work!

Those are just some of the adjectives that I would use to describe Don Johnson of All Out Heating & Cooling. I recently had him install a new furnace in my home. I called him on a Saturday and he came out that very same day and started working. He finished that following Monday. The whole job only took 4 hours. I am very happy with my new furnace. Don seemed like an individual that I could trust. He was very hardworking and great to work with. His price was very reasonable and he kept the working area clean. I would strongly suggest that use him if you need any heating an/or cooling jobs done in your house.

Don Johnson is a very reliable business man, he thrives to make his customers satisfied. He is friendly, honest and fair. The idea that Don Johnson would not do his best to satisfy a customer is unheard of unless, a customer is trying to cut corners by going against code or would like to use faulty equipment. Mr. Johnson is a very ethical man, safety first, and if that does not please a customer then I guess he would have to say he has one unsatisfied customer.

Huge problems with Don Johnson in properly servicing A/C unit.





Lack of diagnostics, attempted patch & repair, and homeowner incurring additional costs in addition to hundreds of dollars lost paid to contractor to have system fixed.

System sprung large leak less than (1) week after him servicing unit.

He admitted to knowing of a problem but decided to try and take shortcuts letting emissions out in the atmosphere not only once but twice without properly testing and identifying root cause. Stated he does this with 80% of the homeowners ... "because that is what they want and do not want to spend the money".

Does not stand behind his warranty work, very confrontational and will not answer his phone or return voice mails once problems are known of his work.



Installed a line set that was patched in numerous locations - all leaking from faulty workmanship!
