U.S. Bank

I have been at this branch for over 5 years and have never really had any issues. Well, that all changed. They hired a new manager about 2 months ago and it has been a joke since then! She has no customer service skills and sits on her rear in the back all day even if there's a long line and won't help anyone. This is the first manager ever that I have ever seen that won't come out from behind her glass door and get off her lazy rear and help. She also has no clue what she is doing. She gave me the wrong information on one of my accounts which messed it up. She refused to fix it and then when I went over her head she tried to turn it around on me and then whined that I went over her head and made it to where my accounts would then be closed out and I couldn't have an account here anymore. I guess I should also say it was all over $37. She was not going to admit that she was wrong so she decided to close my accounts instead of admitting what she did. If I was someone with a million dollars she would have been kissing my rear but I'm one of the little people so she doesn't mind walking all over me. To be honest the people working for her don't even like her but they won't say anything because they are scared they will loose their job. I think it's time us "little people" take a stand for what's right!!
