I had my portrait taken at Rockwell Studio. Very professional and the resulting photograph of myself was outstanding. I will definitely return for my family portrait.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE.

Our school hired Rockwell Studios to perform class pictures. We purchase a photo package with a class composite. Our son’s individual pictures were decent in quality; however, the class composite was very grainy and not very clear. We took the class photo to the studio seeking a replacement. Upon arrival, the staff said that it did not look “that bad,” but would still issue another. Great, however, the replacement looked identical! The quality was definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL. We informed the staff, but management was basically indifferent and showed no interest in correcting the issue.
