Xpress Pc Doctor

I used him 2 years ago to fix my laptop. He did a great job fixing it, except for the fact he returned the laptop without the screws all along the bottom, forcing me to tape all the little doors on the bottom. So fast forward 2 years. My daughter does something to the laptop. I call him and he comes over and tells me its a virus and he will fix it and recover the data for me. He asked if I had any money, so I stupidly gave him $140. He left. He emailed me a couple days later and said it needed a new motherboard.. I emailed back and told him to forget fixing it; just recover the data and return the laptop to me since the repair cost was the price of a new laptop. I has been 3 months and he hasnt returned my emails or answer when I call.
