        On 11/9/2016 we took our 2010 Subaru Outback to Willow Grove Automotive, since my sister-in-law has her car serviced by them. Our Outback needed a new thermostat installed, since the car was overheating & the temperature light was red. They charged $248.23, which was a real surprise. I called AT Subaru, which is a dealership and they stated the cost would total $198. I did call Willow Grove Automotive back questioning the repair price, and Tom said this was the book cost they charged.

        All being said, the service was performed, albeit without cleaning up the antifreeze around the underside body tray. Thinking the replacement part was not a Subaru part, but instead a third-party part. They probably also did not mix distilled water with the antifreeze coolant, but instead tap water.

        Considering they are not a dealership, their price for this repair was significantly higher than a dealership. Disappointed with Willow Grove Automotive. If ya wanna pay more, this is the place to take your vehicle.
