The reason I am writing this review 5 1/2 years after the sale is that it continues to haunt me, making me frustrated that I chose the Watercare system. The few hundred dollars saved by purchasing the system has ended up costing me thousands more than competitor's systems in salt and hydrogen peroxide. Even more frustrating, is that the owner was less than honest (charging me an additional $350.00 to get the system working), his incompetence in well-type systems (I had to explain to him how the pressure system works), and his failure to install the system as asked (I didn't want my outside water treated and he initially hooked it up treating the outside water). We ended up having Bay Lakes Ecosystem provide a solution for Watercare to fix our system and get it working correctly (For an additional cost). I wish I would have contacted the Better Business Bureau about the unsatisfactory service we received in this purchase.
