STAY AWAY!!! Very expensive and rude!!! Never call this company for truck tow!!!



They towed my truck for 4 (four !!!) miles, I-80 in Indiana, mile marker 27 to mile marker 31. They charged me 508$ for that! When I called the driver and I asked him why is so expensive he started explaining 375$ for service call, then labor, tolls, fuel surcharge (56$ for 4 miles) and credit card fees. This is ridiculous!!!



I represent a very small company and I called the office asking for a better price. Not only they did not give me any kind of discount, but also threatened me that if I don't pay right away they will tow my truck to their yard!!! The tow driver even told me, I quote - "You don't wanna pay right away then I still have your truck hooked up, I will bring it to my yard".



I hope this review makes you think twice if you are about to call their number!
