Waddell Plumbing & Draining Cleaning

I've used Waddell's plumbing a few times. They do an exceptional Job. Spent alot of time explaining to me my issues and was very courteous. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!! Thanks Waddell's

We called Derrick on referral from the Plumber we used to use, but was no longer doing clogged drains. We scheduled Derrick to come out the next day to fix a clog in our men’s restroom. He said he would be in around noon the next day. The next day I called and left a message asking him what his payment options were because we realized the boss was not going to be in the office that day to sign a check. I returned his sons call and was told the only payment options was cash or check and he would not make the exception because we were first time customers, so we asked to reschedule. On Monday when I called back to reschedule I got Derrick on the line. He told me he was going to charge me $100 more because we cancelled last week when they were close to the office. I asked him why I should hire him if he is going to charge me extra and he started yelling at me for cancelling. I was really shocked by his behavior and told him we would find someone else. I hung up the phone with him still yelling at me. This guy is really angry and I would be cautious when calling him.
