W Orleus Heating & Cooling Service

Orleus Heating and Cooling is neither reliable or honest. Our claim was sent to this contractor through our warranty company whom should not do business with this company. The contractor came out for 15 minutes to inspect and said he would be back the next day to repair, so he made him $60 twice. Which isn't a big deal but my husband paid cash which is a big no no and of course he said we never paid. Please make sure you write this contractor a check and get an invoice if you do business with him. The contractor called our warranty company saying that we never paid him, when we paid him $120.00 and additionally we had to pay another $60 due to his lie. We should have never paid the first $60 for the 15 mins of inspections with no work, says our warranty company but we have no way of proving this since it was all paid in cash and did not receive a receipt. A week later, the unit went out and the contractor who did come to repair it, was not through this pathetic warranty company and said that Orleus only provided a temporary fix. I would not recommend him to anyone due to his dishonesty, unreliability, and non-professionalism. People, please be smart and really pay attention to what your doing when choosing someone to help repair things to your house because it can really hurt you in the long run! Lastly, I was informed by the warranty people from complaining that apparently I'm not the only unhappy customer that has been wronged by Orleus. Orleus, if your reading this, which I'm sure you are, please learn to become a better business entrepreneur or it will eventually catch up with you!

This is a horrible company and I would not recommend them to anyone. They were rude, disrespectful and blatantly lied to me.

Orelus Heating and Cooling performed excellent work for me. If you are looking for affordable service, this company is for you.
