He even made his tow lot available to us after hours, if we wished, and was available on the phone for us to coordinate recovery of our possessions in the car. Jeff also gave us a lift to the nearby taco bell so my pregnant wife could use the restroom, along with providing us directions and suggestions since we were not familiar with the St Charles area. I consider Jeff's character with the highest regard. We were on a time-sensitive trip to a meeting and thanks to his expedience, we made it. Also, his services were surprisingly affordable, which was a mere $100 out of pocket for everything and although insurance did not cover it, it would have, if our plan had that provision.
