Bringing Perfect Balance Into Your Home

Thank you for the opportunity to ReDesign your home. We welcome your comments and suggestions on your design experience. Please take a moment to answer the questions below and email it back to carrie.yoshida@comcast.net

1. What was your initial reaction to your newly redesigned rooms?

Everyday it is a pleasure for me to walk through the redesigned rooms in my home. They embody both the warmth and the “pop” of color that I requested. I marvel at how well the choice of furniture, paint colors, plants and window treatments combine to provide interest, visual attractiveness and continuity within and between rooms.

2. What room or rooms were you most satisfied with in terms of style and appeal and why?

The rooms that satisfy me most are those which received a total redesign - my office and the living room. If money permitted I would have you redesign all the rooms in my house. On my own I would never have selected the style and design elements that you suggested. But once these suggestions were made I soon learned to appreciate the aesthetics of your ideas/choices and to value your expertise.

3. Were all your design and service expectations met? If not, what improvements would you suggest?

These were my expectations and you met them all: 1) work within a limited budget, 2) greatly reduce the time and stress involved in the redesign process, 3) provide an attractive outcome , 4) be a good listener and collaborator with me, 5) provide good resources for services and purchases, and 6) be an advocate for me if something went wrong. What I did not expect was to have fun participating in a process I’ve long been dreading. Thanks to you and your upbeat manner and patience.

4. Did your redesigned rooms provide a new feeling or ambience in your home that you’re satisfied with? Please explain.

My redesigned rooms are not only updated and more attractive but they also provide me with the pleasurable feeling that I am living in a “new” home.

5. Do you have friends, family or neighbors that might be interested in home decorating services and/or receiving my brochure? If so, would it be OK to contact them?

I’ve certainly been “singing your praises” to neighbors and friends but so far no one has been in the market for home redesign services. I will continue to be on the “lookout” though. If you should need a reference for future clients, feel free to pass along my email address or telephone number and I will once again “sing your praises”.
